You’ve probably already heard of Vitamin C. It is in our food, beverages and even skincare. We get our daily vitamin C intake from many sources, citrus fruits being the most well-known, strawberry’s, peas, and even potatoes contain Vitamin C. Vitamin C can be supplemented by oral intake or infusion. Recommended daily dose of Vitamin C is based on age & medical condition, please consult your doctor prior to starting Vitamin C supplementation. Over 2000 mg of Vitamin C can cause averse side effects of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches & abdominal cramping.
